Bret Wood (writer/director)
Upon its 2003 theatrical release, Woodís feature-length documentary Hell's Highway: The True Story of Highway Safety Films (2003) was acclaimed as ìunnerving and much funî (The New York Times) and ìendlessly fascinatingî (Los Angeles Times). Filmmaker Magazine called it ìA Lynchian view of the nightmarish underbelly of middle America.î His previous documentaries include Kingdom of Shadows (1998, narrated by Rod Steiger). He has written several books on film, including Forbidden Fruit: The Golden Age of the Exploitation Film (co-written with his wife, art/film critic Felicia Feaster). Wood's film-related essays have appeared in Sight and Sound, Film Comment, Positif and other publications.

Tracy Martin (producer/actress)
Tracy Martin is the co-founder of Illustrated Films, LLC. Martin recently produced the award-winning short Judgement for the 48 Hour Film Project. A versatile artist in the Atlanta community, Martin is highly visible in the regional film and theatre scene. Other short film production credits include Fault, Smut, and Contents Under Pressure. Acting credits are Last Goodbye as well as the award winning short film Goodbye Day, Lovely Rita, and many other independent short films and Atlanta stage productions. Her next project is to direct and co-produce her screenplay Last Horizon. Tracy is also a casting director for various producer/directors in the Atlanta area. In Psychopathia Sexualis, Martin stars as "The Beleaguered Prostitute."

David Bruckner (director of photography)
David Bruckner has worked in the Atlanta Independent film community for four years. As a director, he recently wrapped production of the feature film The Signal. He has written,directed, shot and edited several projects for POP Films and for his present moviemaking vehicle, Media Versus Media. His most recent projects include Contents Under Pressure and Exquisite Corpse (Segment 1), both created for The Dailies Project by Item 6 Films. Bruckner also performed in and associate produced Last Goodbye. His recent writer/ directer projects include Slowly and the feature film Little Room Red Button, set for production in the not too distant future.

Paul Mercer (music)
Paul Mercer began playing violin at age 8 and began composing as a teenager. He studied Hindustani music with Afghan lute master Ustad Rafi Akbarzada. Often noted for his work with the critically acclaimed baroque pop quintent The Changelings, his film credits include Replacing Delphine, Ménilmontant, Ballet mécanique, Emak Bakia and L'Étoile de mer. He has also performed live scores for theatrical productions Faustus and Gilgamesh the King. He currently resides in Atlanta, where he also plays with the avant-garde jazz quartet dp3. Back to top
Jason Hines (puppetry)
Jason Hines has been building and performing with puppets for the past fourteen years. No one can really explain how this kind of thing starts, but somewhere along the way he went to the University of Connecticut's Puppet Arts program where he almost finished his MFA in puppetry. Atlanta audiences probably recognize him as the guy who stands behind the puppet punk rock band Clobber. He is currently the resident puppet builder at the Center for Puppetry Arts. Back to top
