I'm having difficulty with the login and password
Be sure to enter your login and password precicely how you enterered it when purchasing the file. Logins are case sensitive. Please refer to your email invoice for the exact login information.
The Kino Download Manager will not complete the download of my file
If you are having difficulty please visit your "My Account" page. We also provide a direct links that will allow you a choice between using the Kino Download Manager or an FTP program.
I cannot get this file to play whatsoever, what's my guarantee?
